Program Overview
The Calgary Surge Game Day Program is designed for people who want hands-on experience in professional sports and live event production. Our staff work directly inside a dynamic arena setting, gaining valuable skills in customer service, event operations, teamwork, and communication. Every game day is different — and every shift is an chance to grow, connect, and be part of a winning culture.

Game Day staff are scheduled for all home games and select special events throughout the season. You’ll work alongside an experienced crew in a supportive environment that values professionalism, energy, and a strong work ethic. This is more than a part-time role — it’s an front-row opportunity to experience the excitement of professional basketball while building real-world experience in sports and entertainment.

Ideal candidates are team players who communicate well, adapt quickly, and stay composed in a fast-moving environment. A passion for sports and live events is a major plus, but what matters most is a commitment to delivering an incredible fan experience.
