Olumide Adelodun attended Bishop O’Byrne High School in Calgary, Alberta, where he developed into a standout local talent before continuing his collegiate career at Ohio University, Winona State University, and Niagara University. The 6-foot-5 guard began his professional career with the Calgary Surge in 2025, quickly establishing himself as a versatile two-way presence and fan favourite while helping the club reach Championship Weekend for a third consecutive season. Following his rookie CEBL campaign, Adelodun continued his professional development internationally with Ostioneros de Guaymas in Mexico’s CIBACOPA league during the 2025–26 season, showcasing his athleticism, defensive versatility, and scoring ability against high-level competition. Returning to his hometown club for the 2026 season, Adelodun continues to emerge as one of Calgary’s brightest young basketball talents.
