FAQS
When is the renewal window for current STMs?
The renewal window runs from August 5–14, 2025. Renew by August 14 to retain your seats and receive your complimentary 2025 playoff ticket.
What happens if I don’t renew by August 14?
Your seats will be released to the public on August 15 at 10:00 AM MT. You can still purchase season tickets after that date, but your original seats may no longer be available.
What if I renewed but can’t attend the 2025 home playoff game?
All playoff tickets must be used for that game and cannot be transferred to 2026. They are non-refundable. We encourage you to share with friends, family, or colleagues.
I don’t plan on renewing for 2026. Can I still get playoff tickets?
Yes, but you will need to purchase your same seats prior to the game. Complimentary access only applies to new or renewing 2026 Season Ticket Members.
I didn’t attend Red Deer, S2Stampede, or Surge 2 the Dome and planned to use my credit for 2026 season tickets. Does that still apply?
Yes. Your account representative will apply your credit balance toward your 2026 season ticket purchase.
I planned to use my credit for a 2025 playoff game. What are my options?
- Apply your credit toward 2026 season tickets
- Use the credit for additional tickets to 2025 regular season or playoff games (if applicable)
- Apply your credit toward 2026 season tickets
I’m not renewing and have credit from missed 2025 games. What now?
Your credit will be applied to any remaining 2025 regular season or playoff games. Credits do not carry over to 2026 without renewal. Season tickets are non-refundable.
Why is the 2026 package only 10 games?
To better reflect fan preferences and eliminate out-of-market games. All 10 games in your package will be played in Calgary.
Where will the 2 additional games be played if the season includes 12 games but the season ticket includes only 10?
In 2026, the Calgary Surge season includes 12 total games, but only 10 will be played in Calgary. The remaining 2 games will be designated as out-of-market matchups, such as our annual neutral-site event, Red Deer. These games are not included in the 10-game season ticket package to ensure fans only pay for games hosted in Calgary. Tickets to out-of-market games will be available separately.
Will the locations for the 2 out-of-market games be announced soon?
Yes. Final details on the locations and dates for the 2 out-of-market games will be shared closer to the 2026 season. These games are part of our commitment to growing the game across Alberta, and we look forward to announcing venues that bring the Surge experience to new communities. Stay tuned for more information.
What are the payment plan options?
We offer a 10-month, interest-free payment plan from August 2025 to May 1, 2026. Payments are automatically withdrawn on the 1st of each month.
Can I exchange tickets if I can’t attend a game?
Yes. You can exchange tickets for another regular season game (limit 2 per season) or upgrade to better seats by paying the difference. Must be completed at least 24 hours before the game and is subject to availability.
Can I add or upgrade seats?
Yes. Once you've renewed, you may request to add or move seats. Changes will be processed based on availability.

Do I get a Season Ticket Member gift?
Yes. Each STM account receives one exclusive gift before the 2026 season. Shared accounts must coordinate internally.
Is parking included?
Yes. Complimentary parking is included for all 2026 WinSport home games.
Are there merchandise discounts for STMs?
Yes. STMs receive exclusive merchandise discounts throughout the season.

What is the Companion Pass?
Each Season Ticket Member account receives two (2) complimentary Companion Pass tickets to bring
guests to a designated Member Guest Night during the 2026 season. It’s your chance to share the Surge
experience with friends or family.
Where are Companion Pass seats located?
Companion Pass tickets are seated in areas selected at the Surge’s discretion and may differ from your regular season ticket location. Passes are subject to availability and valid only for official Member Guest Nights.

Are Season Tickets refundable?
No. All sales are final.
Renewal & Seat Retention
Renew by August 14, 2025 to retain your seats and access the complimentary playoff ticket offer. Unrenewed
seats will be released on August 15 at 10:00 AM MT.
Playoff Ticket Eligibility
The complimentary playoff ticket applies only if a 2025 home playoff game is hosted. Otherwise, the benefit
will transfer to a 2026 home playoff game.
Missed the 2025 Playoff Game After Renewal?
Tickets must be used for the 2025 game and do not carry over. Non-refundable.
Payment Plans
Available over 10 months, from August 2025 to May 1, 2026. Payments are withdrawn on the 1st of each month. Missed or declined payments may affect your benefits.
Ticket Exchanges
Limit 2 per season. Upgrades are unlimited. Must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled game and
are subject to availability.
STM Gift and Redemption
One gift per account. No substitutions or cash value. For shared accounts, recipients must coordinate
internally.
Account Sharing
All benefits (including gift and playoff ticket) apply to the account holder. Shared accounts must manage internal distribution.
Ticket Transfer & Resale
Permitted through Ticketmaster only. Use of unauthorized platforms may void STM privileges.
Team Policy Adjustments
Calgary Surge reserves the right to update policies, game schedules, or seating arrangements due to venue,
league, or operational needs. STM accounts will be notified if changes impact ticket use.
