A Full-Season Membership includes all 10 Calgary regular-season home games.
A Half-Season Membership includes 5 Calgary regular-season home games.
WinSport is the primary home venue. Final dates,
opponents and venues will be confirmed with the 2027 schedule.
Planned neutral-site games in Red Deer and Lethbridge are not included and will be sold separately. If an included Calgary home game is
played at another Calgary venue, members will receive the applicable seating or exchange instructions.

What is included in a Full-Season Membership?
The same reserved seat for all 10 included Calgary regular-season home games, Full-Season Member pricing and the complete set of Full-Season benefits.
What is included in a Half-Season Membership?
The same reserved seat for five eligible Calgary home games, selected after the schedule is released, plus the Half-Season benefits listed on this page.
Are Red Deer and Lethbridge games included?
No. Planned neutral-site games in Red Deer and Lethbridge are not included and will be sold separately.
What is the 2027 Surge Merchandise Credit?
Eligible Full-Season Members who renew or purchase by August 11 at 11:59 PM MT receive $25-$125 per paid seat, based on seating category. Credits will be combined at the account level. Redemption instructions, eligible products, and applicable terms will be provided to eligible members before the 2027 season. Accounts must be paid in full before the merchandise credit is issued. The credit cannot be applied to tickets or redeemed for cash.
When does my current seat stop being held?
Current 2026 members have until August 25 at 11:59 PM MT to renew their current seats at the 2026 member price. Unrenewed seats begin releasing August 26 at 10:00 AM MT.
Can I relocate, upgrade or add seats?
Yes. Renew your current seats first, then contact your Calgary Surge representative. Your current location will remain protected while available options are reviewed.
Can I convert my current seat to Half-Season?
Your current seat is reserved for a Full-Season renewal and cannot automatically be converted. Contact your representative to review available Half-Season locations. The same location is not guaranteed.
How do I choose my five Half-Season games?
After the 2027 schedule is released, Half-Season Members will receive instructions to select five eligible Calgary home games, subject to availability and the selection policy.
How do ticket exchanges work?
Full-Season Members receive up to two eligible exchanges per seat and Half-Season Members receive up to one. Exchanges are subject to availability, deadlines and the applicable exchange policy.
Is parking included?
Complimentary parking is included for membership games played at WinSport. Instructions for any included game at another Calgary venue will be communicated separately.
Can I transfer or resell my tickets?
Eligible tickets may be transferred or listed for resale through Ticketmaster, subject to Ticketmaster, league and event restrictions.
When will the 2027 schedule be released?
The league will confirm final dates, opponents and venues with the official 2027 schedule. Members will receive schedule and ticket-management information by email.
Are taxes and fees included in the listed prices?
No. Listed starting prices are before applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.
