Community Coach

The Community Coach plays a key role in creating a fun, safe, and empowering environment for youth participating in the Surge City Hoops summer camp program. This position focuses on supporting campers’ athletic development while also encouraging teamwork, confidence, and personal growth. The coach will lead basketball activities, assist with camp planning, and help deliver training sessions that reflect the values and goals of the Surge City Hoops program.
