    2. Vouchers must be picked up at the box office prior to tip-off on the day of the game. No late pickups will be accommodated.


    3. Food and beverage vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and only redeemable on the same date as your ticketed game.


    4. Vouchers are valid for two (2) hot dogs and two (2) fountain drinks or bottled water at participating WinSport concession stands.


    5. The Calgary Surge and WinSport reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if specific items are unavailable.


    6. No refunds, exchanges, or substitutions will be made for unused tickets or vouchers.


    7. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or ticketing offer.

  • Is this offer available at the Saddledome or Red Deer games?

    No. This offer is exclusive to home games at WinSport Arena only.

  • Can I redeem the food and drink voucher at any time?

    Vouchers are only valid on the game day listed on your ticket and must be picked up from the box office before tip-off.

  • Can I use the food voucher at any food stand?

    Yes! It can be used at any participating WinSport concession stand that offers hot dogs and drinks.

  • Can I upgrade my seats after buying this pack?

    Seat upgrades are not guaranteed, but you can contact our box office for assistance based on availability.

  • What happens if I forget to pick up my voucher?

    Unfortunately, unclaimed vouchers will not be reissued. Be sure to pick them up before tip-off!

  • Can I get a refund if I don’t use the food voucher?

    No refunds will be issued for unused vouchers.
