WHAT IS SURGE SELECT MEMBERSHIP?
A SURGE SELECT membership is the ultimate viewing experience for Calgary Surge basketball. It includes exclusive member only access to private team events, special recognition and memorabilia, and the most sought-after seats in the building.

HOW MANY TICKETS DO I GET AS PART OF MY SURGE SELECT SEASON TICKET MEMBERSHIP?
SURGE SELECT season ticket memberships will include ten (10) regular season home games and one (1) home playoff ticket.

WHAT IF THE SURGE DOES NOT HOST A HOME PLAYOFF GAME?
If the Surge do not host a home playoff game, the value of one (1) game for each season ticket membership on the account will be credited to your 2024 season ticket membership.

IS A SURGE SELECT MEMBERSHIP THE ONLY WAY TO PURCHASE COURTSIDE SEASON TICKETS?
Yes. Courtside season tickets are only available through a SURGE SELECT membership.

WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF A 2-YEAR COMMITMENT FOR AN UNKNOWN PRODUCT?
With a 2-year commitment, you are guaranteed the most affordable SURGE SELECT price for multiple years and your pricing will not increase for the 2024 season.

IS THERE AN INCENTIVE TO MAKE A 2-YEAR COMMITMENT?
Yes. Aside from guaranteeing the best possible price, every SURGE SELECT member that makes a 2-year commitment and pays in full for 2023 and 2024 by May 15, 2023 will receive a team-signed jersey.

DO I NEED TO PAY THE 2-YEAR COMMITMENT IN FULL WHEN SELECTING MY SEATS?
No, but it is encouraged, as you will receive a team-signed jersey.

ARE SURGE SELECT MEMBERSHIPS REFUNDABLE?
No. All SURGE SELECT memberships and regular season ticket memberships are non-refundable.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY COMPLIMENTARY PARKING?
A Surge representative will contact you closer to the start of the season with information about your complimentary parking if it applies to your membership.

WHEN WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO MY TICKETS?
More information regarding accessing your tickets through your online account manager will become available in the coming months.

WILL I RECEIVE PRINTED TICKETS?
For the 2023 CEBL Season, tickets are mobile. Your phone is your ticket. Tickets will not be emailed or available to print.

WHERE WILL THE CALGARY SURGE PLAY THEIR HOME GAMES?
The Calgary Surge will play their home games at WinSport Event Centre, located in the Markin MacPhail Centre at Canada Olympic Park (COP).

WHEN DOES THE NEXT CEBL SEASON START?
The CEBL will tip off its fifth season on May 24, 2023.
